On the Champs-Élysées!

This famous avenue in the 8th arrondissement connects Place de la Concorde to Place de l'Etoile, a distance of 1.91 km and a width of 70 m. Its name comes from Greek mythology, the Élysée Palace, where heroes and virtuous people resided to rest after their deaths. Tradition dictates that the "most famous avenue in the world" is lined with elm trees, which generally reach a height of 30 meters at maturity.
